All payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

4. Service Fees

paymentpage.io charges a 1% transaction fee on successful payments processed through the platform. Additional fees may apply from Stripe for payment processing.

5. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. paymentpage.io cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.

The materials on paymentpage.io are provided on an 'as is' basis. paymentpage.io makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall paymentpage.io or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on paymentpage.io.
